From the time we enlisted Sarah as our agent she kept us completely informed as to what was going on with the listing (i.e., showings, contracts, negotiations, amendments, etc). She answered calls, emails and texts promptly and she explained things to my 81-year-old mother in terms she could understand. She was where she said she would be, when she said she would be there, without fail.
She gave useful staging advice; she worked with the renter in the home so well he had -·
nothing but praise for her. She did her market analysis and suggested a price range that allowed my mom a quick sale at what we considered a fair price. We were unwilling to negotiate and Sarah passed that information along to prospective buyer agents so that we were not presented with unrealistic offers or demands.
While I believe that these are traits that every realtor should possess, in my experience it just does not happen. Sarah stands alone. You are very fortunate to have Sarah as part of your team and I hope you give her the praise she deserves.
